GDETO organised “Workshop on Mainland Public Private Partnership (PPP), Tax and Labour Law” at Kunming, Yunnan

Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong (GDETO) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province jointly organised a “Workshop on Mainland Public Private Partnership (PPP), Tax and Labour Law” at Kunming, Yunnan today (1 March). Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Yunnan Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment were supporting organisations for the Workshop. Mr. Albert Tang, Director of GDETO delivered the opening remarks at the Workshop. Professionals from the PricewaterhouseCoopers and King & Wood Mallesons shared with the audience of the Workshop on Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Mainland and the Business Opportunities to HK Enterprise, the Administrative Review Mechanism for Tax Dispute in Mainland, as well as the Analysis on the Coming Revision of the Labour Law and the Case Study of Labour Law. Speakers also answered questions from the attending business representatives. The Workshop was attended by over 60 representatives from HK-invested enterprises and HK people in Yunnan.
