Dedicated Team for Attracting Businesses and Talents / Investment Promotion Division is an extension arm of the Invest Hong Kong and forms part of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong. The role of the Dedicated Team for Attracting Businesses and Talents / Investment Promotion Division is to promote Hong Kong's many advantages as a trade, investment and business hub in Asia. The Division provides free advisory service and assistance to enterprises in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan, which are looking for direct investment opportunities in Hong Kong, so as to help them have a better understanding of Hong Kong's business environment and to facilitate their investment decisions in Hong Kong. Services provided by the Dedicated Team for Attracting Businesses and Talents / Investment Promotion Division include:

• Providing updated information on Hong Kong's business environment and investment regime;
• Providing information on government laws and regulations;
• Providing support services on how to set up a company in Hong Kong e.g. company incorporation, business registration, business licences, trade mark registration, work visa, recruitment and finding an office etc.; and
• Providing assistance to potential investors by connecting potential investors to sources for relevant government departments, trade organisations, industry associations; and
• Providing public relations and publicity services.
