Mr Anthony LI joined the HKSAR Government Administrative Service in 1995, and has since served in various policy bureaux and departments. These include the Home Affairs Department, Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, former Economic Development and Labour Bureau, and former Home Affairs Bureau, etc. Before taking up the current position, Mr LI was Deputy Secretary for Environment and Ecology. Mr LI holds a bachelor degree of social science awarded by The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
